The USA map was traced and simplified in Adobe Illustrator CS4 on 21.01.2013 from a copyright-free resource below:

Flash CS3 and CS4 included.
Only Vector elements - the map can be resized without any quality loss.
Size of SWF file - 88 KB.
Document size 800 x 600 px.

When you hover the state you see the name of the state and the capital.
When Click on the state you open a new link. You have to input your links. It is very easy.
You can very easy remove click function if you want to see only the name of the states and capitals.You do not have to know AS3 coding.
Instructions are in the txt file.
